How do I return an item?
There is a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the shipment date. No returns will be accepted on merchandise that has been decorated (printed, numbered, embroidered, etc), worn or customized. No returns are accepted without a return authorization number (RMA#). Please call customer service (877-302-0548) to inquire about obtainint an RMA if you are wanting to return an item.
